PLEASE NOTE: As of January 1, 2018 All Services are preferably 100% Pre-Paid or a Client Agreement must be signed if you wish to be invoiced by Square and must do a 50% deposit due to financial hardship. However; I am flexible and understand that special billing needs or circumstances may arise and am willing to accomodate your request. Please bring your preferred method of payment to the initial consultation.
Please download the file for the Client Agreement below and email back to me then I will then begin services and bill you by Square or Stripe Invoice for the milestone payments. Two payments can be set up on a Square Invoice. First payment for the 1st draft and the 2nd payment is due before the Final Product is sent and received by the client.
To make things easier for you with the process; I highly recommend you pre-pay 100% at the start. I do have a Refund Policy if you are not 100% Happy.
Please Note: My current Client Agreement (will be updated soon) and Resume Worksheet Form can be downloaded right off this page! All you have to do is fill it out and e-mail the document to me. Copies are now available at my office for local clients. Please send them to me on the day you want services to start. Thank you so much!
P.S. The Resume form you will need to print out then fill out to the best of your ability then scan it and email it back to me. If you can not scan it to me you mail also mail it via USPS to our office. Our address is 700 E. Main Street Suite 113, Carbondale, IL 62901. We have a new fax number and it's posted on our other website. I will post it on here ASAP. Local clients are welcome to drop off their paperwork anytime. Please DO NOT Mail Cash.
